From the beginning, we have found Bizarredesigns' approach to our work to be of a particularly high standard.
Initially, we were naturally apprehensive about having a partnership arrangement with Bizarredesigns because they are based in India and we are in England. But this has not been the problem at all. Their account management and project management is handled in UK and this ensures that response to any queries and issues is second to none.
Our second apprehension was whether they would contact our clients directly. But, we are very impressed by their professionalism. They have never approached our clients directly maintaining the work ethics and partnership ethics.
Bizarredesigns advise us on pros and cons of specific technologies after fair analysis and provide the alternative suggestions, which is handy as there are no later surprises. We have also found that the after-care advice has been fabulous and any help we need has been offered promptly.
