Other than regular requirements, this site needed -
1. 4 different home pages - based on the click on flash map geographic area, i.e. click on the Wales portion of the map and get a Home Page for Wales.
2. Different contact form - reaches different people depending upon filled contact form values.
3. Ability to upload brochures/reports (pdf documents) via admin and add/edit links to them via admin.
4. Ability to post new jobs with downloadable and online job application form.
5. Online job application form works on cookie base which enables a person to pick up the form filling from where they left off within a certain period.
6. Within whole team picture, clicking on different member takes user to that member's CV. These CVs are also addable/amendable via CMS.
